Welcome to SkillForge. By using our platform, purchasing courses, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Enrollment & Course Access
When you purchase a course on SkillForge:
- You receive lifetime access to the purchased course, including all future updates to that course content
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
- Your enrollment is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your account or course access with others
- We reserve the right to update course content to keep it current, but we will not remove core material from a course you have purchased
All-Access Pass (Subscription)
If you subscribe to the All-Access Pass:
- You get access to all current and future courses for the duration of your subscription
- Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your current billing period
- After cancellation, you lose access to courses that were only available through the subscription (individually purchased courses remain accessible)
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is simple:
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content
- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your enrollment ID
- For subscriptions, refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only
If you have watched more than 30% of a course but are unsatisfied, reach out to us — we review these cases individually and want to make it right.
Code of Conduct
SkillForge is a learning community. We expect all members to:
- Be respectful in community discussions, comments, and mentor sessions
- Not share or redistribute course materials, downloads, or project files
- Not record, screenshot, or capture course videos for redistribution or resale
- Not use automated tools to scrape or download course content
- Provide honest feedback — constructive criticism helps us improve
- Respect intellectual property of instructors and fellow students
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide a valid email address for enrollment and course access delivery
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials or promotions is prohibited
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, exercises, project files, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of SkillForge and its instructors. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the materials — see our License page for full details.
Platform Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
SkillForge provides educational content. While our courses are designed to teach practical, career-relevant skills, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or business results. Your results depend on your effort and circumstances.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
