Content License

This license agreement governs your use of all course content available on SkillForge, including video lessons, written materials, project files, templates, and downloadable resources.

What You Can Do

Your purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Watch and re-watch all video lessons in your purchased courses as many times as you like
• Download provided resources such as project files, templates, cheat sheets, and exercise files for your personal use
• Use techniques and skills learned in your professional work, client projects, and personal projects without restriction
• Build on project files provided in courses to create your own original work (e.g., using a provided Figma template as a starting point for a client project)
• Reference course materials in your own notes for personal study
• Share what you built — projects you create using skills from our courses are yours, and you can share, sell, or publish them freely

What You Cannot Do

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• No redistribution: You may not share, upload, or distribute course videos, downloadable files, or written materials through any channel (websites, file-sharing platforms, social media, messaging apps, etc.)
• No recording or screenshotting for resale: You may not record, screen-capture, or screenshot course content for the purpose of reselling, repackaging, or creating derivative educational products
• No resale: You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any course materials, project files, or templates in their original or minimally modified form
• No account sharing: Your access is personal. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access courses through your account
• No automated downloading: You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to bulk-download course content
• No competing products: You may not use our course materials to create a competing educational course or training product that substantially replicates our content

Team & Enterprise Use

If you need multiple people to access course content (for a team, company, or classroom), please use our Team Plan or contact us for enterprise licensing. The Team Plan provides proper multi-seat access with team analytics and admin controls.

Instructor Content

Course content is created by our instructors and licensed to SkillForge for distribution. Instructors retain intellectual property rights to their original work. Your license to the content comes through SkillForge and is subject to these terms.

Project Files & Templates

Downloadable project files and templates are provided for learning purposes. You are free to use them as starting points for your own work, but:

• You may not redistribute the original template files as-is
• You may not sell the templates themselves as a product
• Work you create using the templates as a foundation is entirely yours

Enforcement

We take content protection seriously. If we detect unauthorized redistribution or sharing of course materials:

• We will revoke access to all courses on your account
• No refund will be issued
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for significant or commercial-scale infringement
